MY QCART is the trading division of ORVIK Group LTD, a company registered in London, United Kingdom. MyQCart is a point-of-sale (POS) and retail management software provider. For end users in category 2, MyQCart acts as a data processor on behalf of our Client (the data controller). See our separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for details.

• Transaction data processed through the Double Accounting Entry System (product line items, prices, quantities, timestamps, debits and credits).
• Usage logs: login timestamps, device/browser type, IP address, and error diagnostics.
• Configuration data: store settings, inventory insights lists, and staff accounts.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate the POS Services, process subscription payments, respond to support requests, and ensure double-entry accounting integrity. We do not sell your transactional data.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR under performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal compliance.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with subprocessors (cloud hosting, payment processors, 24/7 support tools) and ORVIK Group LTD (the legal entity operating MyQCart) for corporate administration and security oversight.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through authorized PCI DSS compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal). MyQCart does not store credit card numbers on its servers.
